Center
Takedown offers a full training center complete for any kind of workout. The space features free weights, weight machines, cardio equipment, and space for our fitness training classes.
Field
House
Takedown recently completed construction on our new field house. The expansion has allowed us to add an industry-leading space that can be used for a wide variety of sports and training programs. The field house includes space for basketball, tennis, pickleball, volleyball and more.
Artificial
turf
Takedown recently completed construction on our new field house. The field house also has a space complete with artificial turf to allow for even more activities and training programs like soccer, lacrosse, football and more.
Wrestling
Center
As part of our recent expansion, Takedown has added a dedicated space for our wrestling programs. The brand-new wrestling room is also able to be used for other types of training including MMA, kickboxing, and boxing.
Spin
Studio
We offer all of our spin classes in our brand new spin studio. The room features a fleet of new spin bikes, LED lighting and a sound system that is guaranteed to make any spin class one to remember!
