- Ask any questions you have about Takedown, the facility, personal health, exercises, or equipment.
- Get a great workout!
To Sign Up – Contact any of our personal training staff and they will get you scheduled.
Why do Personal Training?
INTENSITY – Intensity of effort is the most controlled factor in achieving the results you will see from your workouts. Our focus as your exercise professional is tailoring the intensity to fit you.
PROGRAM DESIGN – Optimal for individual programs that need to be designed around injury or medical conditions as well as allow for maximum variety in training.
ACCOUNTABILITY – When scheduling a session with a trainer, you are more likely to show up for your workout and achieve better results.
SAFETY – First, do no harm. The foundation of effective exercise is SAFE exercise.
