Our Building Champions Classes

Building Champions

This program will focus on developing the foundational needs of all athletes with age-appropriate strength and conditioning. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, this class is for you. This class is designed for ages 8-18, boys and girls. Get stronger, faster and more agile!

Speed & Strength

Athletes focus on plyometrics and speed at the beginning of class, followed by a strength session. Both parts are tailored to sport specific movements that will increase athleticism and reduce risk of injury. Each day will have a unique focus so overtraining and repetitiveness does not occur.
