Speed & Strength
Athletes focus on plyometrics and speed at the beginning of class, followed by a strength session. Both parts are tailored to sport specific movements that will increase athleticism and reduce risk of injury. Each day will have a unique focus so overtraining and repetitiveness does not occur.
