Beat Boss 45

A spin class inspired by road, mountain, and BMX biking. Beat Boss 45 uses Riding to the Beat, Party on the Bike, and RPM/WATTS for the ultimate indoor cycling experience!

Beat Boss Sculpt

This high calorie burn class is the total package! It is the same as Beat Boss 45, but with an extra kick. Dumbbells or other props are safely woven into each class while riding. The indoor group cycle class for maximum muscle toning and fun!

The Climb

This indoor non-rhythmic athletic cycle ride will tap into your strength, endurance and hill climbing ability! Leave this class stronger and with a positive mindset.

Spin and Strength

This class combines cycling with strength exercise intervals using dumbbells, bands, medicine balls, and your own body weight. This class can be as intense as you want it to be by adjusting your own resistance on the bike.
