Member Services Receptionist

Takedown Gym | Brainerd, Minnesota

Takedown Gym is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented part-time evening Member Services Receptionist to help create a welcoming and professional environment for our members.

Schedule (20-30 hours/week):

  • Weekdays: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM and/or 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Weekends: Varying hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and assisting with member inquiries

  • Greeting members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude

  • Managing and maintaining the front desk area

  • Completing detail cleaning tasks throughout the facility

  • Handling laundry and keeping towels organized and stocked

  • Preparing protein shakes and açaí bowls for members and guests

  • Supporting daily gym operations as needed

Necessary Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

  • Comfortable handling transactions and basic computer systems

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs

  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and professional facility
