Balanced Body Yoga

A heated class that blends Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates to improve strength, mobility, balance, and flexibility. The focus is slow, controlled movement that helps your body feel strong, stable, and restored.

Gentle Yoga

This restorative and stretching yoga class is targeted for post exercise athletes or if you need to bring a little extra relaxation and tranquility into your daily life. That’s everyone, right?

Vinyasa Yoga

Move your body and calm your mind. Vinyasa yoga links breath to movement. Grow in strength and flexibility while developing your mind-body connection in our gently heated yoga room.

Yoga Sculpt

Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you flow to upbeat music in this heated class. Combining free weights with yoga sequencing to intensify each yoga pose and cardio to boost your heart rate, while mixing in strength training moves such as squats, lunges, bicep curls, and abdominal work. Yoga experience preferred.
