Yoga Sculpt
Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you flow to upbeat music in this heated class. Combining free weights with yoga sequencing to intensify each yoga pose and cardio to boost your heart rate, while mixing in strength training moves such as squats, lunges, bicep curls, and abdominal work.
